🇬🇪 At Geniuses Recruiting, we love automating things! We built a tool to monitor LinkedIn vacancies in our area to identify potential clients. But we found some interesting insights from the last 30 days that we wanted to share!
Here’s what we found:
- Backend is king: 138 vacancies for backend roles were published in the last month. Java (75) and.NET (42) are the top skills companies are after.
- Frontend following: Frontend is still going strong with 86 roles. JavaScript (32) remains essential, with its frameworks (React – 23, Angular – 9, Vue.js – 5) also in high demand.
- Fullstack in the mix: 67 fullstack roles are available, but it seems like companies are leaning towards specialized skills.
- EPAM Systems is a major player: With 212 vacancies, EPAM Systems is clearly a driving force in Georgia’s tech scene.
- Other key players: Tabby (33), Exadel (24), INFUSE (23), and Intetics (17) are also on the hunt for talented tech professionals.
Overall, the Georgian tech job market is dynamic and growing, with a focus on backend development and a strong demand for Java and.NET skills. JavaScript and its frameworks remain relevant, while Python (20 vacancies) is on the rise.
