The Role
We are seeking a sharp, resourceful, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with companies actively hiring for tech roles, introduce our unique value proposition, and set appointments for our senior team.
This isn’t a typical “cold outreach” role. You will be provided with a daily list of warm leads—companies that have a clear and immediate need for the talent we provide. Your mission is to turn these leads into conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute outreach for a daily list of provided leads (companies with active developer job listings).
- Identify the key decision-makers (Hiring Managers, CTOs, VPs of Engineering) at target companies.
- Clearly articulate our agency’s core value, leveraging our unique angle of having immediately available, high-quality candidates from recent searches.
- Maintain a meticulous record of all outreach activities and lead statuses.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and meetings booked.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written communication skills in English and Russian. You must be able to write messages that are professional.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn as a professional networking or lead generation tool. Experience with Sales Navigator is a huge plus.
- A self-starter mentality. You must be highly disciplined, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Resilience and a positive attitude. You understand that not every message gets a reply, and you’re motivated by the wins.
- An interest in the technology and recruitment industries.
- Familiarity with the software development world (you know what a “Senior Java Developer” or “React Engineer” is).
