The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies across both the industrial and technology sectors. This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for a recruitment professional looking to manage their own schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier candidates for a variety of roles on behalf of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for roles in the industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. This includes, but is not limited to, production personnel, engineers, sales staff, software developers, IT support specialists, and other tech-focused positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), tech communities, and direct sourcing methods to find active and passive candidates.
• Conduct screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for our partners’ needs.

Requirements:

• Background in both industrial/manufacturing and technology sectors.
• Native Georgian language proficiency is required.
• Fluency in Russian is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Georgian job market and recruitment landscape for both industrial and tech talent.
• A proactive and independent work ethic.
