Here’s a step-by-step overview of our recruiting process:
- CV screening: When you apply for a job, our team will carefully review your CV to see if it matches the requirements of the position you’ve applied for, or any other open jobs we have in our system. We’re looking for candidates who have the right skills and experience, and who are a good fit for our clients’ company culture.
- CV verification: If your CV matches a potential job, we’ll send you an email to verify some details about your CV. This helps us to ensure that we have the most accurate information about your qualifications and experience.
- Recruiter call: If everything checks out, we’ll schedule a quick 15-20 minute call with one of our recruiters. This is an initial screening call to get to know you better, discuss your career goals, and answer any questions you may have about the role or the company.
- Client submission: After the recruiter call, we’ll send your CV and the results of the recruiter’s screening to our client. The client will then review your CV and decide whether to move forward with your application.
- HR interview: If the client is interested in your profile, you’ll be invited for an HR interview at the client’s company. This interview will focus on your soft skills, your personality, and your overall fit for the company culture.
- Technical interview(s): Depending on the results of the HR interview and the specific requirements of the vacancy, you may be invited to one or two technical interviews. These interviews will be conducted by the client’s technical team and will focus on your technical skills and experience.
- Offer: If you’re successful in the interview process, we’ll extend an offer to you on behalf of our client. We’ll negotiate the terms of the offer with you and help you through the onboarding process.
